How much are the shipping and handling charges?

a. SpeedPost within Singapore
SpeedPost delivery is charged at S$10.00 and above, depending on the weight of item. Small items would generally be charged at S$10.00. The actual postage amount will be calculated online via the final confirmation of your order.
c. SpeedPost outside Singapore
SpeedPost delivery is charged from S$50.00 onwards. Please click HERE for more information
You will be inform of any delay due to items that are temporarily out of stocks.
Asiadolly.com shall not consider any claim for damaged or missing item more than 3 days from the date of delivery.

Billing information : Please be sure the name and address provided in the billing area matches. If not, your order cannot be processed.
How long does it take to receive an order?
a. Within Singapore
Local delivery should take 3 – 7 working days.
b. All other Countries outside Singapore
Deliveries to countries outside Singapore will be charged based on weight according to the country of destination. Delivery time will be based on the destination country. You can calculate the charges for the delivery service provided by www.speedpost.com.sg . Please indicate on your Order Form the choice of delivery. We will advise you on the total costs of your order before requesting payment from you and sending out your order. All shipping or postage charges may be subjected to import duties which shall be borne by customer upon their receipt of the shipment. The full purchase price will be declared on the shipping invoice.
c. Deliveries during Festive Season and Special Occasions
We would advise you to place your orders early during festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and special occasions like Valentines' Day, Mothers' Day to avoid any delays and disappointment.
Can I self collect my orders?
No. We do not do selft collection. Please click HERE for other method of delivering.
Order Processing
All order is processed immediately upon successful submission of the electronic order. You should expect in-stocks items to ship within 3-7 working days.
Asiadolly.com shall not be liable for any unavoidable deviations in quality, colour and size etc permitted in the industry. Such deviations shall therefore grant the Purchaser no right to refuse the item.
Once we received your order, we will contact you via email to confirm and notify you the delivery date. No cancellation once the confirmation isconfirmed.
